Our curriculum is designed to uncover incredible young people who are equipped with essential skills and knowledge for success in the complex and interconnected world. Through engaging and dialogic learning experiences both inside the school and outside in the broader world, we aim to empower students to become active, kind, and responsible global citizens who can effectively analyze information, collaborate and connect with others, express themselves with confidence, think creatively, appreciate diverse cultures, uphold positive values, and utilize technology to connect and engage meaningfully with the world around them. By integrating these key principles throughout our curriculum, we strive to prepare students to navigate and thrive in an ever-evolving, interconnected society while embracing their unique identities and making positive contributions to their communities and beyond.

While we have engaged in extensive work to create the content for a global, multi-ethnic and inclusive curriculum, the content we teach is no more important than the way in which we engage with children in the presence of that very same content. We believe that certain subjects should be taught explicitly, be scripted and led only by the expert teacher. This is how we learn to understand the connection between symbols and sounds, the foundation of early reading. We believe that other subjects are best engaged with through highly skilled facilitated learning, powerful models of oracy and dialogic talk, where the teacher is a better guide and pupils are better leaders.
