Early Years: Reading, Writing, Maths
At Three Bridges, we believe in balance.
While all children should have a programme that involves good amounts of play, child initiation and independence, it is also vital that they have a healthy diet of adult led sessions, guided supports and independent opportunities to read, write and solve problems. While most children enter our Early Years well below the expected standards nationally, they all leave as confident, courageous and capable readers, writers and problem solvers. We are able to bridge the gap between our highest and lowest attainers, leveling the playing field when they enter Year 1 and throughout the rest of their lives. Our Early Years is fun, creative, energetic and - balanced.
We invite you to join us for a day of English and Mathematics - and leave inspired by the teaching, learning and, most importantly, the children.
In order to attend the day, schools MUST provide a letter on headed paper stating that all attendees are employed by the school, have clear DBS checks and are fit to work with children.
