Support Staff
We are absolutely delighted that you are interested in a Support Staff position at our school. We are a multicultural and dedicated team of caring and courageous adults that perform a variety of roles around the school. Some of us work in the school office, others in classrooms supporting pupils with additional educational needs, a few of us in therapeutic or counselling roles and you might even find us coaching sport during and after school. We enthusiastically run a variety of after school clubs and support the teaching and learning taking place during the day. We often work behind the scenes to make sure school trips succeed and budgets are balanced, but our role is as important as any. We know that successful learning in our school requires the effort of the entire learning community - including teachers, school leaders, parents, community members and support staff.
Three Bridges are keen to attract suitably qualified candidates from diverse backgrounds, particularly those whose gender, race, nationality or identity are currently underrepresented in school support staff.
