That is the purpose behind our Leadership Framework. Based on more than eight years of research by leading experts and extensive consultation with educators, the framework provides Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers, system leaders and aspiring leaders with a clear leadership road map representing leading edge research and the best thinking and experience of successful leaders from around the world.
